Return & Refund Policy

i️ Under the Saudi e-commerce law, you have the right to return an unused product within 7 days of receipt without having to provide a reason.

1. Return Terms

  • Product not used and in original condition
  • Original packaging, labels and accessories intact
  • Original e-invoice or order confirmation is available
  • Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Customized or custom-made products
  • Perishable Materials or Open Cosmetics
  • Digital Products & Loaded Content
  • Health products that have been broken
  • Products used or damaged by the customer

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

You are entitled to a full refund, replacement or repair at no cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos.

4. How to return

  3. We will arrange pick-up or provide you with the delivery address within two business days
  4. The refund process is processed after the product is received and inspected

5. Refund Period

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund to original payment method
  • It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the bank to process

6. Cancel the order

You can cancel before shipping without any charges. If your order does not arrive within 15 days of the estimated date, you are entitled to a full refund according to the e-commerce system.
