Shipping Policy

1. Charging Zones

We ship to all regions of Saudi Arabia. Shipping for GCC and international shipping may be available — contact us for inquiries.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
  • Applications submitted Friday or Saturday will be processed the following Sunday
  • Processing may be delayed during public holidays or peak periods

3. Delivery Dates

  • Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam: 2–3 working days
  • Other major cities: 3–5 working days
  • Remote areas: 5–7 working days
⚠️ Important: Under the Saudi e-commerce law: If your order does not arrive within 15 days of the agreed date, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Order Tracking

The tracking number will be sent via SMS and email once your order has been shipped.

6. Delivery Failure

The delivery person will try delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the order will be held for 3 days before being returned. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
